All workmanship and materials supplied by Short Air Conditioning are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties and our own workmanship guarantee. The duration and terms of specific warranties will be detailed in your service agreement or on the manufacturer's warranty card provided at handover.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Customers are required to provide safe access to premises for the purpose of conducting services. This includes ensuring that work areas are free from hazards, pets are secured, and that our technicians are not exposed to unreasonable health or safety risks.
